Monday to Saturday from 11:30 - 4:30.

Sustainable Eating Ethos

Our food is freshly sourced and grown locally wherever possible with an emphasis on championing the great produce and artisan foods from our wee country.​ The ethos is farm to fork, buying prize-winning beef and lamb from local farmers, and top sales along with raising some of our own and sourcing as close to home as possible. Our in-house master butcher ensures your steak is the best on the block and is responsible for handmaking burgers and sausages daily. The seafood is fresh from day boats and steaks including those cut to order and 1.5kg tomahawks feature on the menu. 

We do our best to provide our customers with the best quality food produce with a huge emphasis on Ulster beef and lamb. We take pride in having the best steaks in Belfast having raised a lot of the beef on our family farm or supplied by top class locals. We have all cuts available on the menu daily from flank, rump, ribeye, sirloin, fillet, T-bone & Tomahawk. With the previous 3 generations of McAlister's involved with beef and farming we know what we are talking about when it comes to meat.

On top of this, we grow our own herbs and veggies in our 'Morning Star Kitchen Garden' in Belfast to ensure we have a daily supply of pesticide-free seasonal produce.
